The window has a lacy, sheer curtain on it. The wind seems to be blowing her hair. She is wearing a floral dress with lace accents on the cuff, collar, and under the seem of her arm. The material looks very heavy. You can see the top of a building across from her, out the window. She seems like she's a simple girl with clean, short fingernails. In my opinion she is anticipating or waiting for something or someone. The picture is more of a Sepia than a black and white.
